Can y’all believe 2015 is almost over? I’m clearly not ready for Turkey Day, Christmas, or News Years Eve, but hey it’s not up to me. So the other day, I reviewed my 4th quarter goals and I realized I had work to do. I hit up some of my favorite apps to get back on track and dusted off a few old books to get my mind right. Check out the latest tips I compiled for Black Enterprise.com.

With less than 90 days left before the end of the year, the timing couldn’t be better to get really focused on accomplishing your goals. Whether it’s getting in shape, paying down credit card debt, or preparing to transition from the job you hate to your dream career, here are a few apps and books to help you achieve your goals.
